Who Should Enrol

This course package is designed for all employees who need to follow and understand our hospital SOP's, including clinical and non-clinical staff. The course is also open to anyone who may benefit from a refresher on our SOP's.

Course Design

The course package is designed to be completed online, using our user-friendly learning management system. The course package consists of a series of individual courses that cover different topics related to our hospital SOP's. Each course is interactive, with a combination of text, images, and videos.

Course Content

The course package includes the following individual courses:

  1. Data Protection SOP
  2. Basic Life Support SOP
  3. Fire Safety SOP

Learning Outcomes

By the end of each individual course, participants will:

  1. Understand the importance of the SOP in ensuring quality patient care.
  2. Be able to identify the key aspects of the SOP.
  3. Know how to implement the SOP in their daily work.
  4. Understand the consequences of not adhering to the SOP.

Assessment

Each individual course includes a short quiz, consisting of five multiple-choice questions. Participants must achieve a score of 80% or higher on each quiz to pass the course.

Course Duration

The course package is designed to be completed in approximately 6 hours. The duration of each individual course is as follows:

  1. Data Protection SOP: 2 hours
  2. Basic Life Support SOP: 2 hours
  3. Fire Safety SOP: 2 hours
