Introduction

Our employee induction course is designed to provide new employees with an introduction to our company and the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in their role. The course is designed to be engaging and interactive, with a focus on practical skills and real-world scenarios.

Who Should Enrol

This course is designed for all new employees joining our company, regardless of their role or department. The course is also open to existing employees who may benefit from a refresher on our company policies and procedures.

Course Design

The course is designed to be completed online, using our user-friendly learning management system. The course consists of a series of modules that cover different topics related to our company policies and procedures, including hospital layout, key staff members, systems to be used, and general company SOP's. Each module is interactive, with a combination of text, images, and videos.

Course Content

The course consists of the following modules:

  2. Hospital Layout and Key Staff Members
  3. Systems to be Used
  4. General Company SOP's

Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course, participants will:

  1. Understand the key aspects of our company culture and values.
  2. Know the layout of our hospital and the roles of key staff members.
  3. Be familiar with the systems and technology used in our hospital.
  4. Understand the company's standard operating procedures (SOP's) and their role in ensuring quality patient care.

Assessment

Each module includes a short quiz, consisting of five multiple-choice questions. Participants must achieve a score of 80% or higher on each quiz to pass the course.

Course Duration

The course is designed to be completed in approximately two hours, although participants can work at their own pace and can save their progress and return to the course at any time.
